1. SHIPPING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
a. Orders will be shipped with pre-determined time periods calculated from receipt of payment and are subject to availability. Processing time will vary according to shipping method and is stated on our checkout page according to shipping method selected.
b. Orders placed using “own bank transfer payment method” will NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS PROOF OF PAYMENT IS RECEIVED!
c. Please note that if an order is especially urgent PLEASE make sure that we have received the order and that all items is in stock.
d. Although we endeavour to keep the stock item count as accurate as possible, there will be times that some items is not in stock even though the website shows “In Stock”. In these cases we will offer a refund or order the item. Any items ordered could take several weeks to arrive since almost all stock is ordered from overseas.
e. Delivery time vary depending on which area parcels are being delivered to. Typical delivery times are between 1 and 5 working days.
f. We will do our best to deliver your items as timeously as possible but shall not be held liable for any losses or damages of any kind incurred due to late delivery.
g. We reserve the right to charge customers per the pricing structure mentioned in our delivery terms as well as change the pricing structure as we please without warning or consent.
h. We reserve the right to increase shipping and/or shipping period if our shipping partner does not service your area. Generally, our shipping partner services the whole of South Africa though there are areas that are handled by 3rd parties. In these cases, the client will be informed if there are any cost implications.
i. Home deliveries is only permitted in cities and towns. NO home deliveries will be done on farms and locations not situated in official towns.
j. Once your package has been sent you will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been shipped.
k. Some items, indicated on Item Description, does not follow normal shipping procedures.
2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
a. Please note that shipping fees for any international orders are subject to quotation. Contact us for relevant rates and shipping periods.
b. All terms and conditions mentioned above are applicable.
c. Please note that all customs clearance, duties and fees are to be furnished by the customer and we will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred in any form resulting from this process.
d. Full value and complete packing list will be accompanied with your order.
