PC817 Opto Coupler (Pack of 4)

The PC817 is a general-purpose optocoupler IC designed to provide electrical isolation between input and output circuits using light. This single-channel device consists of a gallium arsenide infrared LED and a silicon NPN phototransistor, housed in a standard 4-pin dual-in-line package (DIP4).

• Isolation Voltage: 5000 VRMS for 1 minute
• Current Transfer Ratio (CTR): Minimum 50% at IF = 5 mA, VCE = 5 V
• Input-Output Coupling Capacitance: Less than 0.5 pF
