LGT8F328 Arduino Nano 3 Plus - Type C
LGT8F328P LQFP48 - Alternative to Arduino Nano V3.0 with Atmel ATMEGA328 Fully compatible
Description:
LogicGreen's LGT8F328P microcontrollers is designed with ATMega328 microcontroller compatible core and add functions such as DAC output, PWM specific functions, computational accelerator (DSC). The clock speed of the MCU is also double (32 MHz).
You will be happily surprised to find that this device is significantly better priced and you code will be compatible running on this CPU.
Please Include the following 2 lines in your code to make sure that the timing is the same as the standard ATMEL328
#include <AVR/Power.h> // << Include in your code in the top include section
clock_prescale_set(clock_div_2); // << Include in your Setup Function to setup the LGT8F CPU with 16Mhz Clock.
Note that we found that the clock cycle on the later versions of Arduino works by setting the clock divider to 2 and not 1 as explained in the video. We tested using Arduino compiler 1.8.8. You can test your setup by uploading the Blink sketch and checking that the led clinks at 1 second intervals.

More INFO on this CPU:Extract:Let’s get a few things straight. The LogicGreen LGT8F328P is a legal microcontroller that is mostly compatible with the ATmega328 microcontroller found in most Arduino boards with AVR microcontrollers. It technically isn’t “Arduino” since that is a trademark, and Arduino (the company) does not make or sell them. The advantage of the LGT8F328P is that it is a much more recent design (the ATmega328P is really old!) and has many enhancements. Most noticeable is the 32MHz clock speed instead of 16MHz. But it also has a more precise ADC and an on-chip DAC. There are Arduino-like boards that use this microcontroller. Because it allows reduced parts count, boards using the LGT8F328P can be sold at a lower cost. Note that the same is true for the Arduino Nano Every which uses a ATmega4809 and sells for half the price as the older Arduino Nano.No customer reviews for the moment.
