Double Sided Textured PEI Bed Plate 310x310mm

This PEI sheet measuring 310x310 is compatible with Artillery Sidewinder x1/x2, CR-10/CR-10S, Tevo Tornado, Nereus, and E12. The unique star pattern on the printed model may diminish when touched by oily hands, but fret not! By gently wiping the surface with a damp cloth or alcohol, the starry pattern can be restored! The PEI+PEY Build Plate features a double-sided design, with one side showcasing a smooth PEY sheet adorned with a dazzling pattern of stars and dots.

Various hues will emerge depending on the viewing angle. Additionally, diverse shades will be imprinted on the model. On the opposite side, there is a textured PEI print surface with a unique frosted feel.

This adhesive for the initial printing layer is exceptional. The PEY spring steel flexible build plate (257x257mm) has superior adhesion compared to smooth PEI PET or PEO. It adheres well even without heating the platform, eliminating the need for glue. It is easy to maintain by simply wiping the PEY surface with a wet tissue followed by a dry tissue to keep it clean. It will look as clean as when you first received it, without requiring alcohol or other cleaning solvents.

Based on our thorough testing, we suggest using PEY for printing PLA / TPU / PETG (recommended temperature: 50°C-70°C, maximum 90°C); and PEI for printing PLA / PLA-CF / PETG / PC / ABS / TPU / Nylon, among others.

Caution: To prevent damage to the sticker, adjust the Z-axis height due to the thickness of the sticker. For optimal results, clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol between prints if it gets dirty. The star pattern on the printed model may fade or disappear when touched by oily objects, but don't fret! By wiping the surface with a wet tissue or alcohol, the starry pattern can be restored!
