XH-M602 Digital Lithium Battery Charging Control Module

Description:

This Charger unit can be run directly off 240VAC and will thus not have the drawback of being limited to low voltage batteries. It can monitor battery voltages up to 120V (DC) It also allows for almost any charging circuit since it will simply switch the charging circuit on and off via the onboard relay. If voltages are below the charge voltage threshold, programmed with the onboard buttons and Display, it will switch the output relay on to activate the charger and switch the charge off once the battery voltage reaches the desired charging voltage. NOTE: Output will not switch off if the lower limit is set higher than the maximum battery charge voltage. 

The unit can thus be used to start and stop charging from Solar panels. Note that in this case an external 240VAC relay might be required. CAUTION! When using the controller for charging from solar panels the start and stop voltages must be planned carefully since the solar MPPT output might oscillate above and below the charging start and stop voltage on the controller. If this is the case, please use a lower charging current setting on the charger or a series charging resistor.
