We deliver anywhere in South Africa, or you are welcome to collect from our shop in Strand. Every price below is the whole delivery cost — there is nothing added at the end.

Orders over R2,000 are delivered free by standard courier countrywide. Express Overnight remains available on those orders as a paid upgrade if you need it in a hurry.
PUDO lockers
PUDO is a locker, not a home delivery. When you choose it, please tell us which locker you want in the order notes at checkout, and we will send it there. You will get a notification when it is ready to fetch.
Things we cannot send by courier
A few items can only be collected from the shop. If one of them is in your basket, the courier options will not appear and the order becomes a collection — we will say so clearly at checkout:
- Glass printer beds — glass does not survive couriers reliably, and a broken bed helps nobody.
- Denatured ethanol and aerosol sprays — our courier will not carry flammable liquids or aerosols, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Batteries can be couriered by road or sent to a PUDO locker, but not by overnight air. Air freight does not accept them. Everything else about an order containing batteries works normally.
Heavy orders
Our courier rates cover parcels up to 3kg. If your basket comes to more than that — three or more rolls of filament, for example — the courier options will not show and we will ask you to collect or phone us. Give us a ring on 084 880 1881 and we will quote you properly for the delivery rather than guess.
Some large items, such as our laser cutters, already include delivery in the price. Those ship free anywhere in South Africa.
When we send it
Orders placed before 12h00 on a working day normally go out the same day. After that, or over a weekend or public holiday, they go out on the next working day. We will email you when your order is on its way.
Delivery times above are what the courier quotes us, and they are usually right — but they are not guarantees, and we cannot control the courier once a parcel leaves us. If something is late or has gone astray, phone us on 084 880 1881 and we will chase it for you.
