● Built-in current driving stage, continuous driving current is not less than 15mA, OC pin output 1/16 pulse filling current is not less than 120mA.
● Static display drive mode supports 24 light tube LEDs or 3 digit 7segment display.
● Time-sharing dynamic scanning display driver mode supports 128 LED or 16 bit common cathode LCD, supporting brightness control.
● Two-way I/O pin has low level interrupt output when the input level changes under the input mode.
● 16 universal output pins can choose from push-pull output or open collector output.
● Support 3V ~ 5V power supply voltage, support low power sleep, auto wakeup by input level changes.
● High-speed 2-wire serial interface, clock speed from 0 to 1MHz, compatible with 2-wire I2C bus.
