This isolated MOSFET driver module uses an opto-coupler to provide electrical isolation between control and load circuits, suitable for switching high-current loads with low-voltage logic signals. The 161Amp current spec. should noy be used as a constant current. This is the MAX Pulsed current spec( < 100mS). The un-cooled FET can at best handle 10Amp constant current. Please note this when choosing the correct usage for this product.
